Dhanuka Pesticides EGM approves change of name to Dhanuka Agritech Ltd

Dhanuka Pesticides Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 11, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Change in name of the Company from "Dhanuka Pesticides Ltd" to "Dhanuka Agritech Ltd", and consequential amendments in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

2. To Commence the business of cultivating, growing, producing, procuring and dealing in all type of seeds, grains and agriculture produce contained in Other Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
