Mcleod Russel to consider amalgamation of subsidiary Doom Dooma Tea

Mcleod Russel India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 01, 2006, inter alia, to consider the proposal of amalgamation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company namely, Doom Dooma Tea Company Ltd, with the Company with effect from April 01, 2006.
