Gujarat Incatel EGM to approve name change

Gujarat Incatel Telecommunication Ltd has announced that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on December 18, 2006 to transact the following:

1. Change of Name of the Company from Gujarat Incatel Telecommunications Ltd to Kaleidoscope Films Ltd.

2. Change of objects of the Company to cover the entertainment business.

3. Change of registered office from Vadodara to Mumbai.
