Shakti Pumps to issue warrants on preferential basis

Shakti Pumps India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 26, 2006 has constituted a committee to allot and issue warrants convertible into equity shares after receiving the necessary approvals for preferential issue of Warrants convertible into equity shares of the Company.
