Nam Credit to change name as BGIL Films & Technologies Ltd

Nam Credit & Investment Consultants Ltd has announced that, the Registrar of the Company has approved the new name of the Company i.e. BGIL FILMS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD & the Company has started to carry on the business of Films & Media / Entertainment.

In this series, the Company has entered into an Agreement / MOU with M/s. Bharatiya Global Infomedia Ltd regarding of distribution of Movie "WITH LUV... TUMHAARA". This movie is produced by M/s. Bharatiya Global Infomedia Ltd & this movie "WITH LUV... TUMHAARA" is a love story, story of relationship, bonding and sacrifice. Its gives hope that everything is not lost, every human feeling is not dead, every promise is not broken, even an untold promise is to be honoured and loved. It's really a fresh, soft, romantic and young film.

Now, this movie is to be distributed by the Company as decided by Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 21, 2006.
