Minal Engineering allots Bonus Shares

Minal Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2006, has allotted 50,42,980 bonus shares in proportion of Nineteen equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up for every five existing issued and subscribed equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up.
