Freshtrop Fruits to consider issue of convertible warrants on Apr 20, 2009

Freshtrop Fruits Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 20, 2009, to consider issue of convertible warrants on preferential basis to the promoters and determining date, time and venue of calling extra ordinary general meeting of share holders of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.20.95, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.22 and low of Rs.19.10.
