Landmarc Leisure to consider issue of securities on Apr 29, 2009

Landmarc Leisure Corporation Ltd has announced that the management has decided to issue fresh warrants of Preference Share which would be take up by the Board of Directors in their meeting on April 29, 2009. It has also been decided that once the Board approves the issue of a warrant the same will be combined with the change of object clause while approaching the share holders through postal ballot.

The stock was trading at Rs.0.90, up by Rs.0.13 or 16.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.0.90 and low of Rs.0.76.

The total traded quantity was 55001 compared to 2 week average of 48239.
