With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 15, 2006 regarding Appointment of Director, Haldyn Glass Gujarat Ltd has announced that the appointment of Mr. Tarun N Shetty as Additional Director and also Wholetime Director of the Company will be effective from December 01, 2006 instead of November 15, 2006 as earlier informed.
