Mangalam Cement Changes Accounting year of the Company

Mangalam Cement Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006 decided to change the accounting year of the Company from 'October 01 to September 30'; to 'April 01 to March 31'; subject to the approval of the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR). Further the Company has informed that the Company has received approval of BIFR for change in the accounting year and thus, the current accounting year will be of 6 months i.e., from October 01, 06 to March 31, 07 and there after, the Company’s accounting year will be from April to March.
