Wisec Global to enter pharma products business

Wisec Global Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, have accorded to alteration of the Object Clause 1 to Clause 4 of Memorandum of Association of the Company by deletion of the present Clause No 1 to Clause No 4 of the main object of the Company by replacement thereof by new clause numbers 1 to Clause no 4. This resolution was also passed through Postal Ballots and resolution was passed unanimously in both the cases.

Further the Company has informed that, by alternation in Object Clause of the Company, it enables the company for manufacturing of collagen based wound care biotech pharma products and Cosmetic Products in India. The Company has already taken the following steps:

1. The Company has already entered into Technology Transfer Agreement with M/s BioCore Medical Technologies Inc., USA;

2. The Company has acquired 200 acre of land in the RIICO Biotech Park, Bhiwadi — II, Rajasthan;

3. The Company has made financial tie up for setting up the manufacturing unit for manufacturing of collagen based wound care biotech pharma products and cosmetic products.
