Jaybharat Textiles to consider new real estate projects, split shares

Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 30, 2006, inter alia, to consider the new real estate projects at multiple state in India in addition to its real estate project at Vapi, Gujarat and to consider split of Face Value of equity shares of the Company and any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
