CHD Developers forfeits warrants application money

CHD Developers Ltd has announced that the Company has received a letter from Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd stating that they do not wish to exercise the option of conversion of warrants and requested the Company to forfeit the 10% advance money paid against the subscription of warrants as per SEBI guidelines.

The stock closed the day at Rs.4.95, down by Rs.0.09 or 1.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.38 and low of Rs.4.85.

The total traded quantity was 38757 compared to 2 week average of 54107.
