Ashnoor Textile to reduce capital

Ashnoor Textile Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 22, 2006, pursuant to order of Hon'ble High Court for the states of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh has issued fresh share certificates after giving effect to reduction of capital by 30% in proportion of 7 equity shares for every 10 equity shares to the shareholders as on Record Date, October 27, 2006.
