Fortune Informatics Ltd has announced that, in pursuance of the approval given by the Members / Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting, the Company had made application to the Central Government and accordingly the Company has received the approval on November 22, 2006 from the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad intimating the change of the name of the Company from "Fortune Informatics Ltd" to "Intense Technologies Ltd" with effect from November 07, 2006.
