Flawless Diamond Forays into Jewellery Retailing Business

Flawless Diamond India Ltd has announced that company has decided to enter in to Retail Business. The Company has decided to do retailing of its own branded and non - branded Jewellery through its own retail chain. This Jewellery will exclusively be designed by the Company’s R & D and manufacturing in it’s Facilities. Initially the Company has decided to invest INR 500 Million in its retail arm.

Further the Company believes that there is tremendous potential and opportunity in retailing of Jewellery, also Government policies will boost Jewellery and retail business. While India is going to be hub for Jewellery Business, Management feels that its experience of valuable 25 years in retailing Jewellery Business will strength positively and develop its retail business faster and stronger.

Further the Company has decided to go full - fledge in opening its retail outlet. Management has decided to open at least 3 outlet before December, 2006 and 25 Outlet before March, 2007 in its First phase of expansion plan in retail business.

Further the Company has already launched its brand "AUM JEWELLERY". This business has already started contributing in bottom line of company from last quarter. Management believes that starting of retailing of its own Designer Jewellery will have a multifold effect on bottom line of Company from this quarter it self.

The Company has recently announced its investment of Rs 500 Million in construction and Realty Development Business. The Company will focus on developing shopping Malls, Residential Complexes and Projects.
