National Mineral Proposal for merger of Sponge Iron India with the Company

National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd has announced that the proposal for merger of Sponge Iron India Ltd (a joint venture Company with State Government of Andhra Pradesh and Government of India) as was directed by Government of India with the Company is at draft stage. The status of merger will be intimated from time to time.
