Responsive Industries to allot 7000 CCDs on Apr 09, 2009

Responsive Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 09, 2009, inter alia, to consider and allot 7000 (Seven Thousand Only) 0% Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) at a face value of Rs 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) convertible into 13,72,500 (Thirteen Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) Equity Shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 510 (Rupees Five Hundred & Ten Only) per share, including the premium of Rs 500 each on preferential basis to other than promoters.
