Dhanalakshmi Bank clarifies on news item regarding acquisition

With reference to the news item appearing in leading portal, Dhanalakshmi Bank Ltd has clarified that the Bank is not aware of any move such as Deutsche Bank acquiring shares of the Bank or the take over talks as has appeared in the news item.
