Orbit Corporation commences Third Warrant Exercise Period

Orbit Corporation Ltd has announced that the Third conversion of the warrant exercise period commences from April 03, 2009 and ends on July 02, 2009.

As per the terms of the issue of warrants, the warrants shall be converted at an exercise price.

Accordingly the warrant exercise price for the 3rd Exercise period is Rs 42.85 ps.

The stock was trading at Rs.60.85, up by Rs.3.10 or 5.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.62.10 and low of Rs.58.20.
