Q-Flex Cables EGM to approve change of name to Cybele Industries Ltd

Q-Flex Cables Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on December 09, 2006 to Consider the special resolution to change the name of the Company from "Q-Flex Cables Ltd" to "Cybele Industries Ltd" & consequential amendment in Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.
