Magnum Ventures to consider issue of warrants on Apr 04, 2009

Magnum Ventures Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 04, 2009, inter alia, to consider proposal of the issue of Convertible warrants and other securities of the company on preferential allotment basis in terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure & Investors Protection) Guidelines, 2000, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and other applicable provisions, if any. The Board decision, if any, shall be subject to the subsequent approval of the members of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6, up by Rs.0.18 or 3.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.19 and low of Rs.6.
