RDB Industries defers allotment of shares and warrants

RDB Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 21, 2006 has discussed and deferred the allotment of 750000 equity shares and 750000 share warrants on preferential basis to M/s Teck Consultancy & Services Pvt Ltd.
