Natraj Commercial to issue 35,00,000 shares

Natraj Commercial Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 21, 2006, has approved the following:

1. Subject to the approval of members and appropriate authorities, the Board has decided to issue & allot 35,00,000 Equity Shares to Promoters and other investors on preferential basis.

2. An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be convened on January 05, 2007 to transact the above business.
