Sujana Metal to issue 8,00,000 OFCDs

Sujana Metal Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 20, 2006, has passed the resolutions for issue of 8,00,000 Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures (OFCDs) of Rs 100/- each to IFCI Ltd, Hyderabad, aggregating to Rs 800.00 lakhs on a preferential basis.
