Bihar Tubes Board to issue warrants, setup new plant

Bihar Tubes Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 21, 2006, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

1. The discussion held on the issue of warrants by preferential allotment and it was decided to defer the matter for future.

2. Decided to set up a Backward Integration Project to manufacture H.R. Skelp in U.P.

3. Decided to set up a New Plant to manufacture MS/GI Pipe near Mumbai.
