Jayavant Products Board approves shifting of registered office

Jayavant Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 17, 2006 has considered and approved shifting of situation of the Registered Office from the State of Karnataka to the State of Maharashtra, subject to approval of members of the Company as well as Company Law Board and other Government Authorities, if any required in this connection.

Further the Company has informed that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held on December 11, 2006 to consider shifting of situation of the Registered Office from the state of Karnataka to the state of Maharashtra.
