SGN Telecoms allots 2665900 equity shares

SGN Telecoms Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2009, has allotted 26,65,900 equity shares of Rs 1 each at a premium of Rs 0.03 by converting 26,65,900 convertible warrants of Rs 1.03 each to Surinder Singh.
