Anil Special Steel allots 5380000 shares

Anil Special Steel Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 25, 2009, inter alia, has passed the resolution in their General Meeting of the Company held on February 12, 2009 and subsequent to the in-principal approval given by the stock exchange and has allotted 53,80,000 Equity Shares.

The allottees are, Mr. Sudhir Khaitan - 10,00,000 Equity Shares, M/s. Agro Chemicals Fertilizers Ltd - 17,20,000 Equity Shares, M/s. Maha Laxmi Saws (pvt.) Ltd - 15,60,000 Equity Shares and M/s. Sam Tul Investments Ltd - 11,00,000 Equity Shares.
