Firstsource Solutions cancels US$11.9 million worth FCCBs

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated March 13, 2009 and March 18, 2009, regarding the repurchase of Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012 ("Bonds"), that the Bonds aggregating USD 11.9 million have now been additionally cancelled.

The nominal amount of Bonds outstanding after this cancellation is USD 257.1 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.38, down by Rs.1.47 or 9.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.25 and low of Rs.14.11.

The total traded quantity was 4126118 compared to 2 week average of 4184854.
