Responsive Industries to consider allotment of 950000 shares on Mar 30, 2009

Responsive Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 9,50,000 (Nine Lakhs Fifty Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs 10 each at par to the members of Responsive Polymers International Ltd (the Transferor Company) whose names appear in the Register of members of the Transferor Company as on March 30, 2009 pursuant to the above said Scheme of Amalgamation in the exchange ratio as provided in the Scheme.
