Vippy Industries allots 5 crore shares

Vippy Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2009, has allotted 5,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each upon the exercise of conversion option of warrants, pursuant to the Order of Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction dated October 04, 2007.

Mr. Rahul Mutha was allotted 70,00,000 shares upon Conversion, Mr. Piyush Mutha - 70,00,000 shares, Mr. Praneet Mutha - 70,00,000 shares, Sunline India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd - 50,00,000 shares, Starshine Enterprises Pvt. Ltd - 50,00,000 shares, Moon Nutrients Pvt. Ltd - 60,00,000 shares and Sungem Impex Pvt. Ltd - 140,00,000 shares.
