Paramount Communications FCCB Issue opens on November 20

Paramount Communications Ltd has announced that the Company's proposed issue of US$ 27,000,000 one percent unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) due 2011 will open for subscription on November 20, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has revised FCCB issue size from US$ 18,000,000 with an additional up to US$ 7,000,000 under green shoe option to US$ 27,000,000.
