Jhantla Investments allots shares on preferential basis

Jhantla Investments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 18, 2006 has allotted 300000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each on Preferential basis to the following Allottees from whom the Company has already received the Share Application Money.

1. Divyabala M Shah : 150000 Shares.
2. Ashok J Jain : 50000 Shares.
3. Babulal M Shah : 40000 Shares.
4. Axay B Shah : 30000 Shares.
5. Mahesh G Doshi : 30000 Shares.
