              The Trustees of Reliance Mutual Fund have approved the declaration of dividend under the dividend option of Reliance Liquid Fund - Treasury Plan Quarterly Dividend. The Face Value of the fund is Rs 10 per unit.
The Record Date for the purpose of dividend distribution has been fixed as March 19, 2009. The Gross dividend declared per unit is Rs 0.2200 or 2.20%.
The NAV of Dividend option of Reliance Liquid Fund - Treasury Plan Quarterly Dividend as on March 12, 2009 is Rs 12.3508. The above dividend shall be subject to the availability of distributable surplus in the respective scheme as on the record date. In case the distributable surplus is not sufficient to payout the proposed dividend then the entire distributable surplus, as on the record date shall be paid out as dividend.
Consequent to the payment of dividend, per unit of NAV of the scheme will fall to the extent of payout, and statutory levy, if any.
All unit holders under the dividend option of the above mentioned scheme whose names appear on the register of unitholders on the aforesaid record date, will be entitled to receive the dividend.
