MVL allots 5 lakh FCDs

MVL Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2009, has allotted 5,00,000 Zero Coupon Unsecured Fully Convertible Debentures of Rs 100/- each to M/s. HT Media Ltd, having its Registered Office at 18-20, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi- 110001 on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.44.25, down by Rs.2.30 or 4.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.50 and low of Rs.44.25.

The total traded quantity was 631 compared to 2 week average of 536.
