GTL Infrastructure allots 1500000 Equity Shares

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on March 13, 2009, has considered and approved the allotment of 15,00,000 Equity Shares to Global Holding Corporation Pvt. Ltd, consequent to conversion of warrants issued on preferential basis, as per the terms of Issue.

The stock closed the day at Rs.28.40, up by Rs.0.40 or 1.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.60 and low of Rs.28.05.

The total traded quantity was 1133843 compared to 2 week average of 324437.
