GTL Infrastructure to consider conversion of warrants on Mar 13, 2009

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Committee of the Board will be held on March 13, 2009, to consider allotment of Equity Shares arising on conversion of Warrants issued on Preferential basis.
