Deccan Chronicle to issue shares at Rs.640 per share

Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 20, 2006 has done the pricing and allocation for the issue of 35 lakh Equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 640 per equity shares.
