Financial Technologies repurchases US$ 3 Million worth FCCBs

Financial Technologies India Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased Zero Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) aggregating to US$ 3 million at a discount of 37.73% on accreted value as per details mentioned below and shall extinguish the same.

The company has bought back 3000 Convertible Bonds and the total amount paid is USD 2,217,480.

The stock closed the day at Rs.464.10, up by Rs.16.45 or 3.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.474 and low of Rs.455.

The total traded quantity was 174119 compared to 2 week average of 39313.
