Titan Securities allots 12 lakh shares

Titan Securities Ltd has announced that in accordance with the Special Resolution passed by the Company in Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on March 02, 2009 and the in-principle approval obtained from stock exchange, the Company at its Board Meeting held on March 09, 2009 has allotted 12,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at Rs 10.00/- per share on preferential basis to M/s. Ad-fin Capital Services (India) Pvt. Ltd, an Corporate Body incorporated in India.

The stock closed the day at Rs.7.22, down by Rs.0.37 or 4.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.7.22 and low of Rs.7.22.
