Superhouse to consider preferential issue on Mar 16, 2009

Superhouse Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2009, to allot the equity shares on preferential basis to the promoters / promoters group consequent to the part conversion of 1964249 warrants of Rs 27/- each allotted to the promoters / promoters group on September 10, 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.20, down by Rs.0.65 or 3.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20 and low of Rs.19.60.
