Natraj Commercial to issue equity shares on preferential basis

Natraj Commercial Enterprises Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 21, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Issue of 50,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis at a price as per the guidelines issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

2. Convening the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company.
