Vakrangee Softwares to invest Rs.2.1 Crores in Vakrangee Electronics Ltd

Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 24, 2006, inter alia, to consider & approve to invest Rs 2.10 Crores by subscribing 21 Lacs Equity Shares of Vakrangee Electronics Ltd @ Rs 10/- per share. The Investment will result in Vakrangee Electronics Ltd becoming a subsidiary of the Company.
