Sarvatra Builders to be renamed as Venus Ventures

Sarvatra Builders Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on December 04, 2006 to consider, subject to the approval of Central Government / Registrar of Companies, change in the name of the Company from "Ten Media Ltd" to "Venus Ventures Ltd" and consequential amendments in the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.
