Sujana Metal to issue OFCDs to IFCI

Sujana Metal Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 20, 2006, inter alia, to pass the following resolutions:

1. Resolution for issue of Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures (OFCDs) to IFCI Ltd to an extent of Rs 800.00 lakhs (including premium) on a preferential basis.

2. To fix the date, time and venue for the 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
