Passari Cellulose to consider allotment of 2045500 shares on Mar 05, 2009

Passari Cellulose Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 05, 2009, inter alia, to consider allotment of 20,45,500 Equity Shares in terms of special resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 14, 2009 and in terms of in-principle approval letter dated February 19, 2009.
