Ganesh Housing to amalgamate 5 companies

Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd has announced that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on November 16, 2006, it was decided that the following Companies be amalgamated with the Company pursuant to a scheme of Amalgamation under section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956.

1. Nachiket Properties Pvt Ltd
2. Manjari (Thaltej) Complex Pvt Ltd
3. Shaharsh Infrastructure Pvt Ltd
4. Ganesh Infrastructure Pvt Ltd
5. Ramasagar Infrastructure Pvt Ltd

The aforesaid amalgamation shall be subject to all permission, sanctions and approvals, including the approvals of shareholders of all aforesaid Companies.
