Winsome Yarns withdraws Preferential allotment of convertible warrants

Winsome Yarns Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors, vide circular resolution No. 1/2009 dated February 23, 2009 have decided to withdraw the Preferential Allotment of 15500000 Convertible Warrants, as HDFC Bank had not issued the letter of undertaking for non-disposal of 1800000 equity shares of one of the promoter.
