Sahara Housingfina to issue 70 lac shares on rights basis

Sahara Housingfina Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 15, 2006 has approved, in principle, to issue and allot 70 Lac Equity Shares to the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company on Rights Basis in terms of Section 81 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956.
